The shop is on Central Avenue in Albany. The eleven communities above are the ones a truck can actually reach and get back from in a working day — which is the only honest definition of a service area, and the reason we are not listing every county in eastern New York.
It matters most on the days nothing is going to plan: a fire alarm in trouble on a Friday afternoon, an AHJ who wants to see records before a certificate of occupancy, a system somebody else installed and nobody documented. Those are not problems you solve remotely.

Each one needs four genuinely local elements before it publishes: a named local project, the AHJ with jurisdiction, a review from a customer in that city, and any municipality-specific requirement.
