Sensors placed where a break-in actually starts.
Motion, glass break, vibration, and hold-up detection, designed around your building's real weak points and monitored 24/7 by a UL-listed central station.
What an intrusion project includes
- Perimeter protection contacts on the doors and windows that are genuinely reachable from outside.
- Interior detection motion sensors covering the paths an intruder has to take to reach anything worth taking.
- Glass break and vibration sensing for storefronts, ground-floor glass, and vulnerable walls.
- Hold-up and panic devices for cash handling positions and reception desks.
- Partitioning so a warehouse can arm while the office is still occupied.
- Dual-path communication cellular and IP, so cutting a line does not defeat the system.
- Central station monitoring with verification before dispatch.
Three things we do differently.
We protect the path, not just the perimeter.
Perimeter-only systems fail the moment someone gets in through a means nobody anticipated — a roof hatch, an adjoining tenant's wall, a delivery door propped during the day. Interior detection on the route to your valuables catches what the perimeter missed.
We design around how the building is actually used.
A system that is inconvenient gets left disarmed. Partitioning, schedules, and sensor placement that accounts for cleaning crews, early shifts, and deliveries is what keeps a system armed — and an armed system is the only kind that works.
We tune to reduce false dispatches.
False alarms cost you municipal fines and cost you credibility with responding officers. Sensor selection, placement away from HVAC diffusers and hanging signage, and verification procedures at the central station all reduce them. We would rather spend an hour tuning than have you stop trusting the system.
Equipment we install
Commercial panels and detection devices specified for the building rather than pulled from a residential kit.
A siren in an empty building is not a security system.
Detection without monitoring produces noise. Your signals are answered by Rapid Response Monitoring in Syracuse — trained operators who verify the event and dispatch police, with your contact list notified in the same sequence every time.
Where we install these systems.
Questions we get asked about this.
Can you monitor a system another company installed?
In most cases, yes, and it is a common way customers move to us. Takeover generally requires a communicator change and a full walk test to verify every device reports correctly.
We will not take over monitoring on a system we have not tested. Monitoring a system with three dead sensors is worse than no monitoring, because you believe you are covered.
What happens when the alarm trips?
The signal transmits over cellular and IP to the central station. An operator verifies according to your procedures, dispatches police, and notifies your contact list in order.
The event is logged and available to you afterward, which matters for insurance and for spotting patterns.
How do you keep false alarms down?
Sensor selection and placement do most of the work — motion detectors away from HVAC diffusers, hanging signs, and heat sources. Beyond that, verification at the central station, entry delays set to how people actually move, and training so staff arm and disarm correctly.
Municipal false alarm fines are avoidable and we treat them as a design failure on our side.
Can part of the building arm while the rest is occupied?
Yes. Partitioning lets a warehouse or a stockroom arm at 5pm while the office stays open, each with its own users and schedules.
Is there a long-term contract?
Ask us what the monitoring actually costs and what term applies to your situation. We are not a national dealer recovering equipment subsidies through a long agreement, and we will state the terms plainly before you sign anything.

We walk your building, document what you have, identify what is missing or coming due, and give you one written plan for the whole property. It takes about 45 minutes and costs nothing.
-
We call within one business day
To find a time that works around your operations, not ours.
-
A technician walks the property with you
Bring whatever documentation you have, or none at all. We document what is installed, what is missing, and what is coming due.
-
You receive a written plan and price
One plan for the whole property, phased across budget years if that is what the building needs.
-
Nothing else happens unless you say so
We do not chase. If the timing is wrong, tell us when to check back.
