Can I manage more than one building from the same system?
Yes. Cloud-based access control is at its most useful across multiple sites — one login, one credential list, and one set of schedules covering every property you manage.
Adding a site later does not require replacing what is already installed.
What happens to the doors if the internet goes down?
Controllers hold their credential list and schedules locally and keep making access decisions during an outage. Doors continue to work normally.
What pauses is remote management and live event reporting, both of which resume automatically when connectivity returns. Events recorded during the outage upload afterward.
Can you use the card readers already installed?
Sometimes. Existing readers, wiring, and door hardware are assessed during the survey, and reusing sound infrastructure is usually the cheapest path.
Where a proprietary system cannot be integrated, we will say so and show you what reuse is actually possible rather than replacing everything by default.
How quickly can we remove someone's access?
Immediately, from a phone. That is the practical argument for access control over keys — a terminated employee's credential is dead before they reach the parking lot, and there is no re-keying and no lock replacement.
Do you integrate access control with our cameras?
Yes, and it is one of the more useful things we do. An access event — a forced door, a door held open, a credential rejected — tags the corresponding video so you find the clip by event rather than by scrubbing a timeline.
